At SendX, we automatically provide an unsubscribe footer to every campaign, which will automatically update and include the unsubscribe link for all your emails. You can test it out by sending a test campaign.
If you prefer to edit the footer, you can easily make changes from your Settings page. Here's how:
- Go to Settings in your SendX account.
- Navigate to Account Preferences.
- Look for the Default HTML Unsubscribe Footer section.
- This is a plain text/HTML editor where you can customize the footer to your liking.
Please note that the following fields, "{{.GlobalUnsubscribeLink}}" and "{{.Address}},", are mandatory in the footer and cannot be removed. These fields represent your address and the unsubscribe link, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Adding an unsubscribe link demonstrates your commitment to respecting your recipients' preferences and ensures compliance with email marketing regulations. It also helps maintain a positive sender reputation and improves the overall trust and engagement of your email campaigns.
