According to the CAN-SPAM Act, it is mandatory by law to tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future emails from you. SendX makes sure your emails are compliant with CAN-SPAM and makes it mandatory to enter a Unsubscribe Footer Message in Settings.
The message must include a clear explanation of how the end user can opt out of getting emails from you in the future. Give a return email address or any other way to allow people to communicate their choice to you. You can create a menu that allows people to opt out of certain categories of emails, but you must include the option to stop all emails from you as well.

SendX makes it easy for you to comply with the CAN-SPAM policies, by having a default Unsubscribe Message (which can be edited if you desire) all set to display with your emails. This message will contain your Address, Email, and a link to Unsubscribe.
