You can then send them that email according to their time zone, no matter where they are in the world. Where you will set the time zone will be different depending on the type of campaign you are sending.
Newsletters
The time zone can be set in the 'schedule' tab when creating a newsletter.
Drips
Set the time zone for each email in your sequence by clicking into the email sending settings.
A/B Split Tests
The time zone can be set in the 'schedule' tab when creating an A/B split test.
Auto-Triggers
The time zone cannot be set as the campaign will be automatically sent based on a trigger.
