Create a Segment for Drips

Using Segmentation in SendX, you can quickly separate out the people according to their specific behaviors on your drip campaigns into separate segments. This allows you to create a separate marketing campaign for them, and push them into a different part of your funnel.

  • Create a new segment or edit an already existing segment depending on which segment you want to create for Drips.

  • Set a suitable name for the segment. Click the first drop-down right below Conditions and scroll down till you see the conditions under Drip Sequence

  • There are various conditions on which you can segment your leads for various drip sequences.

  1. Subscribed to drip and these drip steps are already sent: This allows you to segment your subscribers who have been sent a specific set of drips from a drip sequence.

  2. Subscribed to drip but these drip steps have not been sent: This allows you to segment your subscribers who have NOT been sent a specific set of drips.

  3. Sent these drips and opened them: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who have opened a particular set of drips.

  4. Sent these drip steps but didn't open them: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who didn't open a particular set of drips.

  5. Sent these drip steps and clicked links in them: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who clicked any link you had in your drip sequences.

  6. Clicked this link in drip steps: This allows you to enter the exact link based on which your subscribers will be segmented depending on whether they clicked on the link or not.

  7. Sent these drip steps but didn't click links in them: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who didn't click any links present in your drips.

  8. Replied to drip sequences: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who replied to your drip emails.

  9. Did not reply to drip sequences: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who didn't reply to your drip emails.

  10. Drip sequences started but not completed: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who did not go through the whole drip sequence. Especially useful when they were segmented to another segment in the middle of the drip, or transferred to some other part of your funnel.

  11. Drip sequences completed: This allows you to segment your subscribers based on the ones who actually went through the whole drip sequence.
