To export a list of unsubscribed contacts from your account, you can create and export a segment based on unsubscribe status. Follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Audiences.

    • Log in to your account and go to the Audiences section.

    • Click on "Audience" and then "Segments." 

    • Choose to create a new segment and set the conditions to filter contacts who have unsubscribed. 
    • After setting the conditions, save the segment with a descriptive name for future reference.
